Kenzie & Lilly | Mizner Park Friendship
When Kenzie and Lilly reached out to me about doing a friendship photoshoot, I was ecstatic! Celebrating friendship is so important, and we often don't document it enough; that's why I think friend photo shoots are amazing!
Kenzie and Lilly became fast friends while spending countless hours in nursing school together. Nursing school friendships are built different than other friendships. You spend thousands of hours together in lectures, simulations, clinicals, and studying. This results in such strong bonds where you can laugh and cry together!
That fun side of Kenzie and Lilly's friendship shone through during this early morning shoot as we wandered through Mizner Park in Boca Raton, FL. We found many great spots such as navy and gold gazebos, vibrant flowers, cafe tables, pillars, archways, and a giant chess board. I had a blast listening to the multiple jokes Kenzie and Lilly told each other. They are full of joy and adventure. Especially when I asked Kenzie to flip Lilly up on her back. It resulted in the great laughs and even greater pictures!
These two laughed so much the whole session they barely made it through me asking them to make a serious face; they stopped laughing just long enough for me to get the most piercing gaze from the both of them. Honestly, every picture from this friends session was authentic to them!
